Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MIN Gaming website, ordering system, and related services. By using our site, placing an order, or requesting support you agree to these terms. We provide hardware, software configuration, installation support, warranty services, and related goods and services under clearly defined descriptions on product pages and service agreements. Our terms explain ordering and payment procedures, cancellation and returns, warranty coverage, dispute resolution, and the responsibilities of both parties. Customers are expected to supply accurate contact and billing information, follow our shipping and returns procedures, and comply with any local laws or usage restrictions for hardware and software products. If you represent a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted and, where required by law, communicated in advance. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Ordering, Payments & Pricing
When you place an order for products or services, you enter a binding agreement with MIN Gaming contingent on payment, stock availability, and compliance with these terms. Prices displayed on product pages and quotations reflect current offers and may include applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers who handle card authorization securely. We do not retain full payment card numbers on our systems. Orders may be accepted subject to inventory checks and verification of payment information. If an item is unavailable or restrictions apply, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information; shipping delays or additional fees due to incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer. For custom builds, deposits may be required before assembly begins and final payment is due prior to shipment. All promotional codes and discounts are subject to terms specific to the promotion and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Warranty, Returns & Repairs
MIN Gaming provides warranty coverage as described on product and service pages, covering manufacturing defects and service workmanship for defined periods. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer; where we act as the seller for manufacturer goods we pass through manufacturer warranties and assist with claim procedures. For in-house builds, our warranty covers assembly-related issues and defective components as specified in the order documentation. Returns and exchanges follow the policies communicated at purchase: non-custom products may be eligible for return within a specified timeframe if returned in resalable condition, while custom-configured systems may be subject to a restocking fee or be non-returnable due to bespoke assembly. Repairs are conducted via our support processes; diagnostic fees may apply for out-of-warranty work. For warranty claims we require proof of purchase and may need details of the issue, system logs, or photos. We will not assume liability for defects resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party components installed after delivery unless expressly covered. Shipping costs for returns and repairs depend on the reason for return and the relevant warranty terms and will be detailed when a case is opened.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIN Gaming's liability arising from or related to your use of our products and services is limited. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service at issue. You agree to indemnify and hold MIN Gaming and its affiliates harmless from claims arising out of misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification of products, violation of law, or breach of these Terms by you. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, and nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where local law does not permit such exclusions. For customers in jurisdictions that restrict liability limitations, statutory rights may apply and will be respected in accordance with local consumer protection laws.
Governing Law, Disputes & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MIN Gaming regarding the subject matter and supersede prior agreements and communications.
